About Me

I started working in the blockchain industry during my time at university, bringing refined business and analytical skills from my experience running e-commercial business startup at the age of 15. To establish a professional business view, I successfully got a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Mangement at West of England University. During my study, I had been non-stop doing brokery in different industries, fashion, real estate, and fell in love with technology - especially blockchain.

I did my first successful blockchain investment when I was working as first employee at DEO Ventures - a Vietnamese group of self-funded capital managing 20M+ USD focus on GameFi sector with several peak projects at the time can tell like Thetan Arena, Elemon, etc

I co-founded and grew the Polkadot Insider to become the biggest research and educational media platform in the Polkadot ecosystem along with my partners (along with multiple popular chains including Sonic (prev Fantom), Arbitrum, ZKsync, etc).

My focus had been on business development and partnerships, working with multiple parachains and applications, and the foundation by addressing their marketing and community needs and helping them with community campaigns and promotions.

In 2024, I founded a community called OpenGuild to represent the Polkadot protocol in Southeast Asia. I grew the community from zero to 3,000 Discord across platforms and 100 GitHub followers in under six months, with those numbers still rising.

I has been also a prolific connector of the Polkadot ecosystem in Southeast Asia with a focus on partners including VCs, media organizations and communities, and Web3 projects. I has successfully organized multiple events on behalf of Polkadot in Southeast Asia with 100+ attendees.

He has also been a speaker at various events, bringing Polkadot closer to local crypto communities and becoming the most active ambassador in the region. Cris has become the key agent who connected others Polkadot agents to Southeast Asia - a new proved-important region of blockchain industry.

Current Focus

Strategy & Executive Lead at OpenGuild to deliver regular workshops, events, hackathons, and technical community calls, distributing technical resources to builder community, becoming the important representative of the Polkadot network in Southeast Asia market and nearly becoming a middle point of contact for Polkadot/Parachain team to any potential vendors in the market.

Become one of the Head Ambassadors along with OpenGuild core team members as the main point of contact of Polkadot in SEA market, dedicated to help community builders all resources from Polkadot ecosystem.

Web 3.0 Gaming Strategist and Project Managemer at iCandy x the Matter Labs Joint Venture ZKcandy, where I would build the ecosystem of games for the chain, in-game economic design, and an advisor for partnership. For now, I’m in charge of managing the deployment for 25 games until Q2 2025.
